Impact Bag

What do all great players have in common? They are able to bring the club back to square at impact. Regardless of style and technique, photos at impact always depict the player driving into the ball with a good shaft angle, head down & behind the ball, and a flat left left wrist and solid left side. Impact Bag is the most common way pros use to teach this "moment of truth".

Developing a strong left side while turning into the ball will help eliminate many of the inconsistencies brought on by left wrist collapse.

Simply fill the bag with towels, shirts or other cloth and practice striking the bag at 50% effort concentrating on your form. The bag is durable enough to strike with full force, but we recommend using 75% to 80% effort as you would when swinging on the course.

In a short while, you will develop a tangible feeling of where you should be at impact. There's really nothing quite like it! Video included.
