Other arms on the work station help the golfer remain centered on both backswing and downswing, preventing swaying and sliding. The unique adjustments on the Ultimate Workstation prevent the higher handicap golfer from coming over the top on the downswing, yet it can also be adjusted to prevent better players getting stuck from coming too far inside.

Attachments on the base of the Spine Board portion stabilize the back knee and help keep the weight on the inside of the back foot and promote better weight transfer on the downswing.
