Four steps, twenty reps
Run this progression a few times this week. Start slow, add tempo, then let it become automatic.
Strap in
Slide the Pro-Slot onto your trail arm — right arm for righties, left for lefties.
Slow reps ×10
Swing to the top in slow motion. When your trail arm hits 90°, the trainer stops it — pause and feel that wall. That's your power angle.
Half swings ×10
Add tempo. Feel the 90° stop, then let the club drop behind you onto an inside path. Don't steer it — just let it shallow. That's the slot.
Full swings
Make full practice swings. Feel the trainer engage? You've over-folded — reset. The goal is a smooth top where you barely feel it.
