The Impact Press is a trainer golf club for golfers looking to improve both the body and club movements into the hitting area. The Impact Press improves a golfers wrist conditions, external rotation of the trail shoulder, pressure shift, turns, tilts, angle of attack, dynamic loft, and most importantly provides an unmatched impact position!
HOW TO USE
It's as simple as going from red to green. The red indicator on the trainer golf club points towards the center of the body at address. The green indicator should point at the target at impact! See video below.
HOW TO START
We recommend following our training program to get used to your Impact Press trainer golf club: Off the ball exercises, shaft parallel to head down, lead arm parallel to shaft parallel, finishing up with full swings. See the video's below!
OFF THE BALL
Off the ball exercise: begin standing tall, club parallel to the ground, red indicator pointing at the center of your mid-section. This would be address. Then just move the club so the green indicator would point at the target. You can follow this up by getting into golf posture doing the same. See video below.
Trainer golf club shaft parallel to head down: After getting setup with red indicator pointing towards the center of your body, take the club and move it to shaft parallel to the ground in the backswing. From there get the green indicator to point at target at impact. The finish will be shy of shaft parallel to the ground in the through swing. The clubhead will point downward towards the ground. Lead arm parallel to shaft parallel: After getting setup with red indicator pointing towards the center of your body, take the club and move it to lead arm parallel to the ground in the backswing (L position). From there get the green indicator to point at target at impact. The finish will be at shaft parallel to the ground in the through swing. See the video below.
