Train better compression

What Makes the Compression Ball So Effective

The Compression Ball helps golfers train better arm-and-body connection by keeping the arms working together throughout the swing. Instead of letting your arms separate, collapse, or take over, it gives you a simple feel for staying connected, improving tempo, and building a more repeatable motion.

  • Builds arm-body connection → more synced-up swings: The Compression Ball helps your arms and chest work together instead of getting disconnected during the swing.
  • Improves impact structure → cleaner contact: Train better positions through the hitting zone so you can develop stronger compression and more consistent strikes.
  • Great feedback on every rep → easier corrections: If your arms separate or your structure breaks down, the ball gives you instant feedback so you can reset and improve.
  • Helps with tempo and control → smoother motion: By keeping your arms connected, the Compression Ball encourages a more controlled swing with less wasted movement.
  • Easy to use anywhere → indoor or outdoor practice: Use it at home, on the range, or before a round to rehearse a connected, repeatable golf swing.

Simple, Effective Drills

How to Use the Compression Ball

Arm Placement and Basics
Arm Placement & Basics

Start With Proper Setup

Place the Compression Ball between your forearms just below your elbows. Apply light, consistent pressure so the ball feels snug, not forced. The goal is connection and awareness, not squeezing as hard as possible.

Build Connection With Small Swings
Chipping & Short Shots

Build Connection With Small Swings

Start with small chip shots. Keep the ball gently compressed from takeaway through follow-through. Let your chest rotate instead of swinging only with your arms. If the ball shifts or drops, pause, reset, and rebuild the correct feeling.

Focus on Feel, Not Distance
Half-Swing (9-to-3)

Focus on Feel, Not Distance

Move into half swings once the short-shot drill feels comfortable. Focus on feel, not distance. Notice where connection starts to break down — at the takeaway, the top of the backswing, or transition — then slow down and keep the ball compressed through those positions.

Add Speed Only After Structure
Full Swing

Add Speed Only After Structure

Once you are comfortable, progress to full swings. Maintain connection throughout the motion, even as you add speed. Do not chase power at first. Prioritize rhythm, structure, and centered contact, then let speed come naturally.

Questions Before You Buy

Will this fit my arms? What if it’s uncomfortable?
The Compression Ball is made of adaptive memory foam and sized to sit between your forearms just below the elbows. For most players, it feels very comfortable. If you experience any discomfort, start with light pressure and shorter practice sessions. It should feel better as your arms and shoulders get used to the structure.
Does this work for all swing types and skill levels?
Yes. Beginners, intermediate golfers, and advanced players can all benefit. It is especially helpful for golfers who struggle with disconnected arms and body movement, inconsistent contact, or a swing that feels out of sync.
Do I need coaching to use this properly?
Not necessarily. The Compression Ball includes simple drills that most golfers can follow on their own. Using video or a mirror can help speed up the learning process. Working with a coach can help refine things further, but it is not required.
Can I use this indoors? Is it durable?
Yes. It is lightweight and made with premium foam that is durable enough for both indoor and outdoor practice. You can use it on mats, in your backyard, or at the range. For best long-term use, avoid extremely rough surfaces for extended periods.
What’s the return or satisfaction guarantee?
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. All purchases also go through secure checkout, and shipping details are clearly outlined during the buying process.

To slippery hard to get between your arms keeps slipping

I think every golfer, beginner or advanced, tried some sort of training aid. This one is very well known. I have seen a bunch of golf pro's use it, so i wanted to try it as well. The reason was simply to work on my swing/impact. Perfecting my golfswing and delivering the club in the right position at impact. I wanted to check and make sure my arms stay in the right position. As far as the product goes, i would say this product/brand is of good quality and feels durable. I bought this in sale so in my opinion that makes it a good value for money. Not sure if i would pay full price, which has nothing to do with the quality of the product but more with the fact that i'm not sure how much i am going to use it. It is very easy to use because you simply put it around your neck and place your arms in the preformed cut-out and grap your golfclub. But thats where im not sure if it's helping me or not.Like most training aids, they have a purpose and a time and place in the golfswing. This one, when used well, definitly has a working purpose. But it feels funny or even uncomfortable when using it at first, which makes me wonder how many people will actually use it and keep on using it. It could very much be me instead of the product not working.Anyway, i have been using it on and off and for me it seems to work best in my short game. Thats where i think it performs the best and helps you keep the arms in the right position. Thats where i see positive results. I am able to perform full swings with it but it just feels a bit weird and i dont see better results yet. I will try to integrate it in my practice routine and try to perform full swings with it.
