Simple, Effective Drills
Setup & Awareness
Familiarize & Align Drill
Place the board on a flat surface with the arrow pointing toward your target. Step on with equal weight on both feet and cross your arms. Gently sway back and press your lead foot until you hear the click.
Transition Drill
Pressure Shift Sequence Drill
Without a ball, take half to three-quarter swings. Load your weight to your trail side in the backswing, then press into the board just before the top.
Ball-Strike Practice
Teed-Ball Practice Drill
Tee the ball so it sits level with the board. Make slow, controlled swings — back, click, and through — allowing the click to happen before your downswing.
Transfer To Real Swings
Step-Off Transfer Drill
Set the board about two club-head widths behind a ball. Take a few swings on the board to feel the pressure shift, then step off and hit the ball.
